In 2020, LSK made a strategic shift to a nearshore model operating from the United Kingdom. This model is built around senior teams, dedicated squads, rigorous quality governance, CI/CD pipelines, and seamless communication (FR/EN, GMT+1). Staying true to a “fewer clients, the right clients” philosophy, LSK partners with organizations that have strong vision and high standards—while keeping budgets under control.
